We are a producer and supplier of dairy starter cultures for professional and industrial use. Our products are not intended for direct consumer use.

1. Order & Confirmation

• Orders can only be placed by email using an order form.
• All orders are subject to confirmation and availability.
• We may refuse an order without cause.

2. Price & Payment

• Prices are provided in writing and may change without prior notice until an order is confirmed.
• Payment terms are agreed in advance.

3. Delivery & Receipt

• Delivery terms are agreed upon at the time of order.
• We provide estimated delivery dates, but these are not guaranteed.
• Once delivered, responsibility for storage and handling passes to the buyer. Proper cold-chain storage is essential to maintain product quality.

4. Complaints & Returns

• If you believe a product is defective, please notify us immediately.
• We may request samples for testing.
• If confirmed defective, we will replace the product or issue a refund.

5. Product Use

• Products must be used according to industry standards and applicable regulations.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by misuse, improper storage, or handling.

6. Quality & Liability

• We guarantee that our products meet the specifications provided at the time of sale.
• Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective products or a refund of the purchase price, as applicable.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost production or profits).

7. Intellectual Property

All product names, trademarks, and technical documents remain our property and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bulgaria.
